In this Lesson

This program is a mixture of everything that I have learned from outside sources in which I found value. It took me a few years to weave it together in a way that would bring success. I have spent hundreds of hours organizing my thoughts and actions in a way to explain my success to help others.

During this program you will be able to eat anything that you have ever desired. You will be able to reduce your stress and anxiety around food and your body image. You should feel happy, relaxed, and excited throughout the entire process. All of this will happen as you are changing your body, habits, and thoughts.

I have used the principles of Intuitive Eating, Atomic Habits, Brain Over Binge, Nick Bare’s Podcast, Jim Fortin Podcast, and most importantly from my wife. She is 5’ 7”, 135 pounds of lean muscle, an athlete, and a firefighter. I am not getting lovey-dovey here by any means, but while I think my wife is amazing, I truly was focused on her habits since the moment we met. I watched the way that she lived life and I was instantly in awe. She is always praised on her physique and I always grew up believing people like her had “good genes".” While her genetics did lead to a beautiful woman I noticed her diet, exercise, and mindset were completely different than mine. This is despite her mom having food issues herself and having to “work for her body.” But for some reason Paige didn’t. She always held the belief she was naturally toned, healthy, and that was just the way it was…so it must be.

I was determined to adopt this mindset and habits to embody this identity.

Requirements

The most important requirements needed for this course in order to achieve optimal results are:

  1. Mindset

  2. Consistency

These two factors are vital for success and non-negotiable. The next lesson is all about mindset so we can cover what I mean there. I say that consistency is extremely important because it is what unlocked the knowledge to use all I had learned. I would learn so many principles, ideas, and habits to implement in my life and use them religiously…..for a few days. I wouldn’t stop doing them per se but I would take my eye off the ball and my focus would shift to other things, leaving my manifestation goals on the back burner. For this reason I created a daily affirmation PDF so that you can keep your goals in the forefront of you mind and stay organized. This course is only a few weeks long and it will provide you with exact steps to achieve your goals but it is important to practice what you learn. It is a practiced skill to think positively, stay mindful, and commit to yourself. You are not incapable of committing and being consistent, you just don’t know how to practice. I made this mistake for a few years before I finally got it right. When you finish the course it is important to continue to fill out these PDFs every single day.

Interestingly enough both mindset and consistency should not feel like a struggle at all. When changing your life you should remember that if you are feeling good, you are on the right track.

All of this being said I would also like to invite you to stay true to yourself while remaining open minded. This world is filled with people with different preferences, opinions, and views. No two people will live their lives in exactly the same way and they shouldn’t be forced to. One of the best things I ever learned was to take whatever you want to take from another person and leave the rest. In this program I invite you to do things exactly as I did and make any alterations you feel necessary for you if you would like. The only two things I will not budge on are maintaining a positive mindset and consistency. Those are absolutely vital.
