This program is a mixture of everything that I have learned from outside sources in which I found value. It took me a few years to weave it together in a way that would bring success. I have spent hundreds of hours organizing my thoughts and actions in a way to explain my success to help others.

During this program you will be able to eat anything that you have ever desired. You will be able to reduce your stress and anxiety around food and your body image. You should feel happy, relaxed, and excited throughout the entire process. All of this will happen as you are changing your body, habits, and thoughts.

I have been inspired by many sources but some of the honorable mentions are the principles of Intuitive Eating, Atomic Habits, Brain Over Binge, Nick Bare’s Podcast, Jim Fortin’s Podcast, and of course information I collected while earning my degree in Psychology as well as in Medical School.

Requirements

The most important requirements needed for this course in order to achieve optimal results are:

  1. Mindset

  2. Consistency

These two factors are vital for success and non-negotiable. The next lesson is all about mindset so we can cover what I mean there. I say that consistency is extremely important because it is what unlocked the knowledge to use all I had learned. I would learn so many principles, ideas, and habits to implement in my life and use them religiously…..for a few days. I wouldn’t stop doing them per se but I would take my eye off the ball and my focus would shift to other things, leaving my manifestation goals on the back burner. For this reason I created a daily affirmation PDF so that you can keep your goals in the forefront of you mind and stay organized. This course is only a few weeks long and it will provide you with exact steps to achieve your goals but it is important to practice what you learn. It is a practiced skill to think positively, stay mindful, and commit to yourself. You are not incapable of committing and being consistent, you just don’t know how to practice. I made this mistake for a few years before I finally got it right. When you finish the course it is important to continue to fill out these PDFs every single day. I have added a PDF habit tracker for you to download to help motivate you to become more consistent in your efforts. In the PDF it explains how to use it including creating a motivation to track your efforts. The point here is not to be perfect but to try to build those habits for your success. Throughout the program I will replace this tracker with another that has more habits listed. Let’s start off small and then we can grow from there.

I have this course set up in 4 chapters with 7 lessons per chapter; However: Please spend as much time on a lesson as you need before you move forward. It is so important to master a topic so that you can make it a part of your daily life. For this reason I made a “daily” PDF for you so you can use it consistently, even when not starting a new module. Keep practicing what you are learning over and over until you feel confident you can take on more information. I have organized what I have learned over the last four years into a perfectly organized program…but it is important to remember that practice makes perfect.

Interestingly enough both mindset and consistency during your lessons here should not feel like a struggle at all. When completing this program you should remember that if you are feeling good, you are on the right track. This is a time to get excited! You are on your way to discovering information to help you unknot those deep rooted habits that have been holding you back! It is finally happening!

All of this being said I would also like to invite you to stay true to yourself while remaining open minded. This world is filled with people with different preferences, opinions, and views. No two people will live their lives in exactly the same way and they shouldn’t be forced to. One of the best things I ever learned was to take whatever ideas you find beneficial from another person and leave the rest. In this program I invite you to do things exactly as I did or make any alterations you feel necessary for you if you would like. The only two things I will not budge on are maintaining a positive mindset and consistency. Those are absolutely vital and non-negotiable.
